Become A Transition Coach

Transition Coaches are experienced professionals who have a passion for helping entry level professionals:

  • Pursue their career aspirations
  • Graduate from school
  • Design a customized, industry-specific plan and
  • Explore various careers, colleges or vocational training programs

You will empower millennials to take responsibility for their future by helping them to establish career, higher education and philanthropic goals while connecting them with the people, places and opportunities that will help them achieve their goals.

You will be like a sports coach. Your will take responsibility for coaching your students to push themselves to be the best they can be. You will bring them into the transition “gym,” where the are expected to work themselves “out,” define and achieve their goals and recognize themselves as powerful assets to our nation!

Note you will be a coach not a counselor! However, you will have the clinical resources you need to refer students to experienced clinicians.

Become a Group Coach

Group Coaches are entry level to senior level experienced professionals who have the skills to co-facilitate hands-on coaching sessions with groups of 3 – 12 millennials.  As a group coach you will assist with the planning and delivery of group coaching sessions. The sessions will concentrate on specific industries and careers. To be successful in this position you must have be passionate about designing programs around various careers and the experienced professional must be actively employed in or well connected  in the industry.

Become a Program & Special Events Coach

The Program & Special Events Coach will be an enthusiastic, personable and creative individual who appreciates using an entrepreneurial-mindset to help grow and develop this start-up nonprofit, with the end goal of success from the beginning.  The Program & Special Events Coach will help with coordinating and delivering events; and developing and overseeing career education programs for millennials.

This position will be a mix of paid employment and volunteer. This is the perfect position for someone who is seeking to assist with this growing start-up nonprofit.

Become a Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper will maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts, posting transactions and ensuring legal requirements compliance and using bookkeeping software to manage accounts.

In-kind contributions are non-financial contributions that help supports the day-to-day operations, initiatives and special events that are central to our mission. We are currently accepting a variety of in-kind contributions.

Throughout the year we accept donations for the following initiatives and programs:

College and Room Essentials (C.A.R.E.) Initiative
C.A.R.E. eliminates the economic barrier of purchasing basic needs to transition into higher education. This initiative gives us the opportunity to supply students transitioning into higher education with school supplies, bedding and toiletries. We are seeking the following donations:

Seeking, Getting and Keeping the Job Series
Sponsor a student by:

  1. New business casual or professional outfits, shoes and accessories.
  2. Offer a paid internship at $11 per hour
  3. Pay for a student to attend a conference, networking event or workshop related to their career interests
  4. Allow one or more students to shadow you for one or more days

We are seeking experienced professionals to serve as Group Coaches. You will co-facilitate a 1-3 hour group coaching session with a MA group coach on a topic you have expertise in.
