Work with a team of advisors from Trinity Alliance and a Transition Coach from Mission Accomplished to define your goals and complete action steps to create the life you want.
WORK WITH A COACH
Work with our Coaches to get exposure to new career opportunities and prepare for the transition from school to career and/or higher education. The Coaches will work with you to make sure each meeting is productive, supportive, and unique while challenging you to be your best.
Eligibility
To participate in the program you must currently be currently 14-21 years old. Also, you must be enrolled in high school college, or a vocational training program, show a financial hardship, be unemployed and meet 1 of the following criteria:
- Homeless
- Pregnant or parenting
- Have a disability
- English Language Learner
- In the juvenile or criminal justice system
