Ready, Set, Glow! Dance-A-Thon Launch Party

With our 8-hour Dance Marathon fundraiser just a year away, we believe it’s never to soon to get your dance moves perfected and to start raising funds to help young professionals.

On Saturday, April 21, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., we, along with our community partner Fingerpaint, will host a 3-hour Dance-A-Thon Launch Party at Jupiter Hall at Lucky Strike Social in Crossgates Mall. This “Glow Party” fundraiser is the kick-off event that will lead to the  8-hour Dance Marathon, scheduled for April 20, 2019.

Join us to support aspiring young professionals and inspire them to glow from within while having a great time. Appetizers, Swag bags, Music by DJ Intell Hayesfield and more!

Doors open at 3pm, Special early bird discount and VIP passes available until April 6th.

$15 – Mission Accomplished students and alumni

$25 – Young Professionals 35 and under

$35 – General Admission

$45 – After April 6th for all

Must be 21+. Presented by Mission Accomplished Transition Services and empowered by community partner, Fingerpaint.

Mission Accomplished is an Albany-based non-profit organization that provides customized, industry-focused job training and career coaching programs for students in high school, trade school and college who are un/underemployed and struggling to transition from school to the global workforce, higher education and a life of giving back.

The funds raised from April 21, 2018 to April 20, 2019 will support programming that will help millennials overcome obstacles to entering the workforce. The biennial theme is “Dancing with the Community Stars.” The goal for the 2019 event is to recognize fifteen prominent community and business leaders for helping millennial students gain access to careers, higher education and charitable activities.
