Along with our featured community partner Fingerpaint,we at Mission Accomplished Transition Services invite you to eat with us at our inaugural Friendsgiving Dinner Party on Friday, November 9 at 6pm in support of Mission Accomplished Transition Services (Mission Accomplished) at the First Unitarian Universalist Society of Albany, 405 Washington Ave. in Albany NY.
This dinner event will include a “Top Chef” competition and we are optimistic you will join us to eat, laugh and enjoy a great time with friends.
Mission Accomplished is an Albany-based non-profit organization that provides customized, industry-specific job training and career coaching programs for students in high school, trade school and college who are under/unemployed and struggling to transition from school to the global workforce, higher education and a life of giving back.
Since 2012 we have coached 735 students. The students established and achieved career goals, prepared and transitioned into higher education, developed the skills to lead their lives, engaged in community service and developed the confidence to transition into the positions they desire.
Your attendance at this event invests in the aspiring young professionals who are receiving help from Mission Accomplished coaches to define their career path and transition into the workplace prepared.
This event is one of three fundraising events that leads up to our biennial 8-hour Dance-A-Thon that enable us to meet our operational expenses so that we can support our mission and provide the career education and coaching services that assist students with the transition from school to career, higher education, community engagement and charitable giving.
With Much Appreciation,
