Benefits of Dancing
Dancing isn’t just about the steps and music. It’s a perfect combination of physical activity, social interaction, and mental stimulation. Dancing enhances your life in so many ways:
Health: Dancing improves your muscle tone, burns calories, increases flexibility, strength, and balance. Overall this is great exercise!
Confidence: Dancers are self-confident and genuinely enjoy themselves in social situations. When you learn how to dance your body and mind takes on a sense of creativity, motivation and energy.
Self-Expression: You will find that you express yourself through your body movements.
Social & Fun: Dancing allows you to socialize and meet people who are just as excited and passionate about making moves on the dance floor. Have fun, don’t take yourself too seriously but enjoy the time learning or improving dance moves. You will find yourself surrounded by joyful, artistic people.
