Adrianne Rickson MA
Program + Special Events Coach
Adrianne Rickson serves as a Program + Special Events Coach with Mission Accomplished Transition Services. In this role she assists with the logistics, development and execution of programs and special events.
Adrianne is called to motivate and inspire people seeking growth to help them create their own successes, one day at a time. After attaining a Master’s of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany, She became immediately employed as an instructor of Criminal Justice at Hudson Valley Community College. It was there that she found and honed her love for teaching and inspiring students for almost five years. She then moved on to Bryant & Stratton College as a full-time instructor and became the Criminal Justice Program Manager within a year. At this college she taught, advised, and counseled students from our underserved population and helped them to define and create their achievements and happiness.
Adrianne’s next advance was becoming the Director of Career Services at Maria College, and this is where she met and worked with Coach Carmen on a Dress for the Interview event for Maria students and the community. When she learned of the organization’s mission and vision to help individuals transition into their careers, she knew their paths would cross again soon. Adrianne joined the Mission Accomplished Transition Services team in August 2018. She looks forward to her journey with Coach Carmen and the team.
