Leah Carroll

Office Manager

Leah Carroll joined the Mission Accomplished Transition Services team as Office Manager. Her mission is to provide operational support to the agency, by overseeing projects and proposals and ensuring all office related processes are handled efficiently and effectively, allowing team members to focus on serving the students.

With over 10+ years of experience balancing multiple projects in fast-paced work environment and providing high-level customer service, Leah is an extremely detailed-oriented, organized, yet highly emotionally intelligent administrative professional. She has a track record of strong performance in high volume and pressure situations, Leah skillfully manages administrative duties and client relations for her team.

Prior to joining Mission Accomplished Transition Services, Leah worked in the Capital Region nonprofit community as an Executive Assistant and Development Manager for seven years. She developed a strong sense of devotion for the nonprofit sector after witnessing the positive impacts human and social service agencies have on the community members they support.

Outside of Mission Accomplished, Leah moonlights as a graphic designer and photographer, specializing in all things fashion. She loves helping small businesses and nonprofits as well as new entrepreneurs bring their branding and marketing visions to life!

No matter what time of year it is you can find Leah outside — hiking, snowshoeing, biking, etc. — taking in all the beauty nature has to offer.
