Impact of the Scholarship Information Sessions

Hundreds of students, adult supporters and educators learn about a variety of scholarships they may not have otherwise learned about.

In 2021, as a result of one attendee’s participation and follow up, one of the representatives of a Capital Region based foundation extended the deadline for submission because the individual learned about the scholarship one day prior to the deadline during our session. The attendee WON the $2,000 scholarship! It was a win-win for everyone.
