Q4 (October – December) is approaching, it presents a crucial opportunity for small business entrepreneurs to boost your profits. However, without a well thought out action plan, you risk entering October unprepared, scrambling to create last-minute offers and marketing strategies.
This 2 hour in-person planning session is designed for entrepreneurs who have already set Q4 goals but seeking dedicated, uninterrupted time to break goals down into actionable steps and milestones you want to achieve by the end of this year.
In this session you will not only work independently, you will collaborate with other driven entrepreneurs to refine action steps, receive valuable feedback, and build confidence in the offer(s) you have, and ability to reach your sales and marketing targets.
Join us to disconnect from distractions to create a roadmap that turns your goals into a structured plan that can guide your actions and decisions, ensuring you enter October with clarity aligned with your business and team’s needs.

Most get it done/make sh*t happen entrepreneurs are caught in the weeds of the day-to-day operations because you want to make sure things are done right! But this leaves you holding A LOT of great ideas, systems, and important tasks in your head. The time during this session will force you to give attention to the plans you have to end 2026 strong and identify the tasks you need to DELEGATE!
This interactive experience will be a mix of guided facilitation with quiet moments to refine and clarify your Q4 priorities.
PLEASE NOTE: In our effort to encourage you to have a distraction free experience, we do not allow phone use in the session. Our goal is to create a space where you are not tugged on and others are not distracted by you using your phone. You deserve space, time and opportunity to NOT have to answer to anyone so you can focus on CEO stuff!
