Coach Carmen, Chief Coach and Founder of Mission Accomplished Transition Services, is a powerhouse award-winning social impact entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience developing well-organized day-to-day business operations, designing results driven educational initiatives and developing high performing teams.

She built Mission Accomplished around her personal experience working with mentors and coaches that helped her shape her vision for the organization. Now she helps others package their experience into educational initiatives.

Her guidance has led to significant increases in productivity, funding and sales while reducing stress. Under Coach Carmen’s leadership, Mission Accomplished has concentrated its efforts on supporting those involved in or exploring careers in the creative trades, including fashion, construction, interior decorating, and public art. These professions play a crucial role in shaping the infrastructure and people of our communities and allow individuals to express their creative talents, promoting positive engagement among community members.

Through our efforts and collabration we were able to secure funding to make sure Coach Bree and Nykesa was able to secure their first big paid large scale mural project. Learn more

[ INCUBATOR PHASES ]

You will work alongside mentors and coaches throughout the phases. They are people dedicated to helping you with the development and implementation of a custom action plan that includes your goals, actions steps, resources and connections you need to be successful.

You will address negative thoughts and unproductive patterns that prevent you from pursuing ACHIEVING your goals THEN set the foundation for a successful, transformational 18 month learning experience. This phase kicks off with an immersive retreat.

You will clarify who your ideal customer/client (B2C AND B2B) is so you are clear who you want to work with and the problems you will solve for them.

You will further develop your personal and company brand message and identity while creating marketing content and strategies that lead to sales. The coaches and marketing pros will help you develop content that talks to your ideal client and strategies that will structure your marketing campaigns and increase sales conversions! From strategy to the development of visual and verbal content, these two interconnected means of expression will support you with confidently expressing your thoughts and ideas with your ideal audience on a deeper level.

As a growing industry thought leader it is critical you confidently express your thoughts and ideas to connect with others on a deeper level. You will enhance your ability to articulate your message in a way that drives people to take action.

It is critical to ensure you have internal financial controls, from a budget to accounting best practices. Grant writing will help you secure funds to support personal and business growth, from supporting the hiring of new team members to your participation in continuing education. Financial management and grant writing go hamd in hand. 

You will be paired with an accountability mentor to assure you continue to implement action steps related to the next level goals you established for yourself.

After 18 tranformational months of hard work and dedication it will be your time to showcase and celebrate your work. YOU are worth the celebration!

With the help of a volunteer committee developed by the Mission Accomplished team, you will coordinate an event that showcases your business, and sells your educational initiative. This experience will help you exercise and stregthen your event planning and production and team management skills.
