2026 is coming to a close and Q1 (January – March) is approaching, this session is an opportunity to reflect/audit your 2026 activities, challenges and accomplishments then establish a 3 month plan that aligns with your overall strategic vision for 2027.
This will be an interactive, hands-on experience with a mix of guided facilitation and quiet moments to reflect on 2026 and refine your Q1 priorities.
This 3 hour in-person planning session is designed for entrepreneurs who understand the value of auditing/reflecting AND the power of proactively planning but it is not always easy to carve out this time because you are often pulled in many directions.
To get the most out of this session, you will have set Q1 goals BEFORE entering the session.
You will not only work independently, you will have moments to:

Most get it done/make sh*t happen entrepreneurs are caught in the weeds of the day-to-day operations because you want to make sure things are done right! But this leaves you holding A LOT of great ideas, systems, and important tasks in your head. Participating in this session will force you to give attentionto auditing your leadership and the operation of your business THEN identify the tasks you need to DELEGATE to elevate as a leader and grow your business!
Growth may not be doing and producing more, it can also involve gaining deeper clarity and understanding of existing operations, expanding relationships with clients/customers and partners, and other existing focus areas. For each leader and business growth manifests in ways unique to your business. Your focus may be refining processes, enhancing customer relationships, or deepening employee engagement, all of which contribute to a more robust and sustainable business model.
PLEASE NOTE: In our effort to create a distraction free experience, we do not allow phone use in the session. Our goal is to create a space where you are not tugged on and others are not distracted by you using your phone. You deserve space, time and opportunity to NOT have to answer to anyone so you can focus on CEO stuff!
