Under Coach Carmen’s leadership, Mission Accomplished has concentrated its efforts on supporting those involved in or exploring careers in the creative trades, including fashion, construction, interior decorating, and mural painting. Institute Details

This Institute is for established badass construction, interior decorating and mural entrepreneurs on a mission to make an impact in your induatry. During your time with us a team of industry professionals will help you enhance your knowledge and confidence with managing day to day operations of your services, personal brand and educational initiative(s). We make a commitment to customizing the learning experience to your business and personal development needs. . Doing so ensures we are not applying a cookie cutter approach but an approach the meets the needs of the student entrepreneurs enrolled in the program.

We accept up to 4 construction + design entrepreneurs serious about advancing their career and growing their small business. We invite individuals who are coachable, embrace honest feedback and desire to improve while bringing their career AND business to the next level.

You will focus your attention on:

  • Enhancing your personal brand and influence as an industry specialist
  • Developing educational initiatives (workshops, courses, trainings, etc.) that allow you to share your skills and expertise
  • Better organizing your business operations (financial documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and more)
  • Creating content that speaks to your ideal audience
  • Pitching your business to your ideal individual client (B2C) and corporate audience (B2B)

 

You will work alongside mentors and coaches to help with development and implementation of a custom action plan that includes your goals, actions steps and resources you need to be successful.

At the end of the transformational 18 month learning experience, we will celebrate and showcase your success at the Construction + Design Showcase, an event open to the public and attended by industry professionals, family and friends.

Institute Phases

Part I, PHASE 1: Mindset + Personal Development

You will address negative thoughts and unproductive patterns that prevent you from pursuing ACHIEVING your goals THEN set the foundation for a successful, transformational 18 month learning experience. This phase kicks off with an immersive retreat.

Part I, PHASE 2: Customer/Client Clarification

You will clarify who their ideal customer/client is so you can create marketing content that converts into sales.

Middle Managers: The company leadership team is your ideal client!

PHASE 3: Marketing, Brand Development + Content Creation

You will further develop your personal and company brand message and identity while creating marketing content that sells. The coaches and marketing pros will help you develop content that talks to your ideal client and converts sales!

PHASE 4: Team Development

Having a solid team of people who help you meet and exceed your goals is CRITICAL to your success. You will gain clarity and develop a plan to build an irreplaceable team that help you achieve your goals, remain accountable for your vision and be able to complete the tasks you cannot.

PHASE 5: Visual + Verbal Communications

Visual and verbal communication stand out as two distinct, interconnected means of expression. As a growing industry thought leader it is critical you confidently express your thoughts and ideas to connect with others on a deeper level. You will enhance your ability to articulate your message in a way that drives people to take action. 

PHASE 6: Financial Management + Sales

Understanding your business finances will empower you to grow your revenue. You will enhance your confidence and ability to create financial documents that will help you understand the value of your services and/or true cost of production so you’re not short changing yourself and business.

PHASE 7: Public Speaking + Networking

Getting comfortable motivating groups of people to take action will bring you far. You will be put in poisition to showcase your confidence to market your expertise, products and/or services. You will bring the skills you learn during the Visual and Verbal Communication phase into real life.

PHASE 8: Accountability Mentorship

You will be paired with an accountability mentor to assure you continue to implement action steps related to the next level goals you established for yourself.

PHASE 9: Celebrate at the Showcase

After 18 months of hard work and dedication it is time to showcase your work. YOU are worth the celebration!

We will host a public showcase that creates a platform for you to pitch your brand to industry pros and community members seeking to support your journey.

Dates: February 2025 – August 2026; this is an 18 month program

Part I: 5 In Person Immersive Retreats 

  • 4 Immersive Retreats – 3 nights/4 days focused on career + business education
  • 1 Industry Tour in Philadelphia
  • Monthly coaching calls and coworking sessions in between retreats


4 1:1 Coaching calls with Coaches to prepare for Q1-Q4

The Advanced Construction + Design Institute creates a bridge between the world of trades – construction, interior decorating and mural painting. This program seeks to cultivate respect for all trades while providing an opportunity for ambitious, community minded entrepreneurs to benefit from the expertise of industry specialists and each other’s through education and collaboration.
