Chief Coach + FounderCARMEN ``COACH CARMEN`` DUNCAN, MSW
Carmen “Coach Carmen” Duncan, Chief Coach and Founder of Mission Accomplished Transition Services, is a powerhouse social impact entrepreneur in business operations, instructional design, mentorship and team development. Coach Carmen’s leadership is uniquely informed by her Master’s in Social Work and young adult lived experience navigating life in two seemingly opposite worlds, from a stable suburban home to homelessness in the City of Albany, NY. She has witnessed firsthand the different experiences and needs of young professionals from varying backgrounds. This dual perspective allows her to design and lead programs that are both clinically sound and deeply empathetic. She firmly believes that all young professionals, regardless of their resources or socioeconomic status, can benefit from quality career and business education, mentorship, coaching and access to opportunities.
She has happily served as the Chief Coach of the organization since its inception!
