Program Operations Specialist

We are in search for a proactive, personable, detail-oriented creative problem solver who begins with the end in mind when addressing responsibilities and challenges. This Program Operations Specialist will have a commitment to working alongside the Fashion Edition Institute and Construction + Design Institute team to assist with program operations and logistics. This Program Operations Specialist will have a dedication to applying skills they have acquired in through other program, workforce or business development related positions. Experience in the fashion and/or construction industries is a plus but not required.

To be successful and happy in this role, you must have a passion for and some experience within the social, racial and/or economic justice activities or programs.

Program + Events Specialist

We are in search of a creative public speaker who has a proven track record facilitating engaging workshops; designing, coordinating and executing hands on workforce  development events and programs for teens and young professionals. The Program + Events Specialist will assist with the development and delivery of the Fashion Edition Institute and Construction + Design Institute. Experience in the fashion (i.e. retail, design, styling, event production, etc.) and/or construction (i.e. plumbing, carpentry, etc.) industries is a plus but not required.

Workforce Development Specialist

We are in search of an individual who enjoys helping employers and young professionals make meaningful connections that will lead to employment.  The Workforce Development Specialist will assist with identifying job and career opportunities for young professionals in the fashion, construction and fine arts industries. Experience in the fashion (i.e. retail, design, styling, event production, etc.) and/or construction (i.e. plumbing, carpentry, etc.) industries is a plus but not required.
