Program + Events Specialist
We are in search of a program and events professional with 3+ years of experience developing programs that help teens and young adults secure employment and/or develop small businesses. It is a plus if you have experience working in or mentoring people in the fashion and beauty or construction and design industries.
This position requires someone who is passionate about and thrives when developing and producing programs and/or events. In this role you will co-lead the design and execution of our career education programs which requires creating thinking, keen eye to detail, an appreciation for designing and producing memorable experiences and co-leading the team to achieve shared goals.
Rate of Pay: $21.63/hr at 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 11am – 8pm, Friday: 9am – 3pm

Employment Specialist
We are in search of career services professional with 3+ years of experience helping teens and young adults identify, prepare for and secure employment. It is a plus if you have experience working in or mentoring people in the fashion and beauty or construction and design industries, this is not a requirement.
This position requires someone who is comfortable and enjoys leading and developing outreach efforts that lead to helping our students and alumni identify and secure employment, willing to promote/sell the benefits of working with our students and willing to advocate for fair wages.
To be most successful you must hold yourself to high expectations, be proactive, a detail-oriented and creative problem solver, and enjoy helping others win!
Rate of Pay: $21.63/hr at 20 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible nights, days and weekends based on student and program needs.
