Jayson S. Andrews is the Program Operation Specialist for our Teen Institutes. In this role,  he manages all behind the scene logistics to ensure the day-to-day operations of the program are seamless, making sure that team members and student interns feel supported.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at New Paltz in Performing Arts with a concentration in performance and Black Studies. He is a Fall 2022 initiate of the Kappa Mu Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and founder of EKLEKTIC Studios LLC as of June 2025.

Jayson is not only a powerhouse, but a strategist providing an unorthodox approach to leadership with a decade-long track record of growth and opportunity. Creative marketing and sales, program and event coordination, writing, performance and grassroots leadership lies at the core of his role in the world as a creative.
