Prior, Kierra worked as a consultant in sales + client management with market-leading brands like Pillsbury, Cheerios, and Marriott. As the Branding Consultant for the Fashion Edition Institute, Kierra helps our students gain deeper clarity on who their ideal customers are and elevate their brand messaging. She also coaches the students individually to expand their entrepreneur and success mindset.

As a first generation college student raised by a single mom, Kierra is passionate about seeing our youth develop the mindset and skills to shine more powerfully in their lives.
