Become a Group Coach

Group Coach is an entry-level position for professionals who have experience co-facilitating and managing the group dynamics within hands-on group coaching sessions with groups of 3 – 12 students.  As a Group Coach you will assist with the planning, promotion and delivery of group coaching sessions. The sessions will assist students with learning about and preparing to transition into specific industries and careers. To be successful in this position you must have at least three years experience facilitating group discussions with students in high school, college and/or trade schools AND be passionate about designing, promoting and delivering programs designed around various careers.

Become A Transition Coach

The Transition Coach is a entry-level positions for professionals experience with coaching and mentoring aspiring young professionals (age 13-35) to:

  • Pursue their career aspirations
  • Graduate from high school, college or trade school
  • Design a customized, industry-specific plan and
  • Explore various careers, colleges or vocational training programs

You will empower students to take responsibility for their future by helping them to establish career, higher education and philanthropic goals while connecting them with the people, places and opportunities that will help them achieve their goals.

You will be like a sports coach. Your will take responsibility for coaching your students to push themselves to be the best they can be. You will bring them into the transition “gym,” where the are expected to work themselves “out,” define and achieve their goals and recognize themselves as powerful assets to our nation!

Note you will be a coach not a counselor! However, you will have the clinical resources you need to refer students to experienced clinicians.

Become a Program & Special Events Coach

The Program & Special Events Coach will be an enthusiastic, personable and creative individual who appreciates using an entrepreneurial-mindset to help grow and develop this start-up nonprofit, with the end goal of success from the beginning.  The Program & Special Events Coach will help with coordinating and executing events; and developing and overseeing career education programs.

This position will be a mix of paid employment and volunteer. This is the perfect position for someone who is seeking to assist with this growing start-up nonprofit.

College and Room Essentials (C.A.R.E.) Initiative
C.A.R.E. eliminates the economic barrier of purchasing basic needs to transition into higher education. This initiative gives us the opportunity to supply students transitioning into higher education with school supplies, bedding and toiletries. We are seeking the following donations:

Sponsor a student by:

  1. New business casual or professional outfits, shoes and accessories.
  2. Offer a paid internship at $11 per hour
