Group Coach is an entry-level position for professionals who have experience co-facilitating and managing the group dynamics within hands-on group coaching sessions with groups of 3 – 12 students. As a Group Coach you will assist with the planning, promotion and delivery of group coaching sessions. The Transition Coach is a entry-level positions for professionals experience with coaching and mentoring aspiring young professionals (age 13-35) to:
- Pursue their career aspirations
- Graduate from high school, college or trade school
- Design a customized, industry-specific plan and

You will empower students to take responsibility for their future by helping them to establish career, higher education and philanthropic goals while connecting them with the people, places and opportunities that will help them achieve their goals.
You will be like a sports coach. Your will take responsibility for coaching your students to push themselves to be the best they can be. You will bring them into the transition “gym,” where the are expected to work themselves “out,” define and achieve their goals and recognize themselves as powerful assets to our nation!
Note you will be a coach not a counselor! However, you will have the clinical resources you need to refer students to experienced clinicians.
